A striking 29 floor structure including a luxurious range of studios and one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, finished to the highest standards. The development offers a spectacular view of Burj Khalifa and is situated just seconds from the Dubai Water Canal, which is anticipated to become the next Dubai Marina.
ESS was tasked with designing the Façade, which included unitized curtain walls, stick curtain walls, louvers, aluminum cladding, glass balustrades and canopies. In order to make the vision of the architect a reality, ESS came up with out of the box solutions for the inclined Façades and the pyramid shaped restaurant.
